Now, imagine this. You look into your calendar and you’ve got appointments set for the next 2-3 quarters, and you can see in advance that you’ve got patients, clients and customers booked in to see you and they’ve paid up front and you know at that point you’re set and can start to bring on some staff to look after them because you can’t handle all of the work or you don’t want to.
That’s what you can start to create if you rebuild this recurring income into your business.

This affects a lot of business owners and Doctors obviously because that’s why you’re here, but it works in many different industries and have to get creative about how to do this.
The way you set this up, and I’ll give you an example such as injectables and cosmetics. People just don’t do that once.
They come in on a regular basis or perhaps you have another service or you can set up a service to achieve a particular outcome or goal which require a number of treatments and set up a package and during the first consultation or the first interaction, you run them through a scripted process to see if they qualify for your service which can involve a series of treatments (this can apply to any industry).
We want to create a package or instalments where people pay up front before they are provided with the service, so you that you know that it’s coming ahead in the future.
